Whether you already have a mold or you have us build you a mold when it comes time to produce some parts we have 20 molding machines to run your job.

We have molding machines from a small 35 ton “clamp” machine that shoots 1.2 oz. up to a 1200 ton “clamp” machine that shoots up to 16 lbs. Most of the machines are in the 250 to 500 ton clamp range.

We can run your parts in a variety of materials. We can color match the material to your color sample or Pantone specification.

We can mold around threaded inserts, inserted metal items, screens or material.
