With over 40 years of experience to help you perfect and refine your idea and using Solidworks software we can take your ideas and turn them into reality.

One example is a customer who brought in a bent metal U shaped tube to hold a camera. We designed the Scorpion as seen at www.camcaddie.com . The Scorpion is also an example of rubber over molded onto an ABS frame creating a comfortable non slip grip.

While working on your design we can communicate the design with not only standard drawings but also with JPG files, PDF files and e-drawings.

Another customer wanted us to design something similar to an aquarium tank but for reptiles. The customer wanted to be able to stack the tanks but he was concerned about the animal getting enough air, also the tanks need to ship broken down and assembled after purchase. We designed the Visionarium as seen at www.visionproducts.us   that not only stacked with sliding glass doors in front but also has vented corner posts to let in plenty of air.  Also, since the unit is shipped broken down in a box; we generated an “Assembly Instruction” sheet using the same design files.

Another customer brought us a circuit board that he wanted a case to enclose and he wanted a mounting bracket that could be either screwed to metal or double sided taped to glass. Also, when the unit was removed from the mounting bracket he wanted the mounting bracket to retain the power cord. We scanned in the circuit board and designed the case around the circuit board then we designed the mounting bracket around the case.

The finished product Trackstick Pro can be seen at www.trackstick.com

When we are done designing your part we use Cosmosmotion and Cosmosworks to run some analysis to test the strength and functionality of the part and to optimize it before making a prototype.

After the design is done we go to prototypes.
